This coffee is also 100% Organic and Rain Forest Alliance. It comes from the Kintamani Highlands on the island of Bali. The altitude is between 1,300 and 1,600 meters above sea level. A wet-hulled process is used by local farmers for drying. This coffee is shade grown using trees such as Erythrina, Albizia, Tangerine, and Orange. The coffee is known as a hidden jewel from the island of Bali.
 
Cupping Notes: This coffee is complex with a full body. It contains hints of vanilla and spice with an overwhelming chocolate flavor.
